History Colorado is proud to support non-profit organizations, community groups and schools in their fundraising efforts by donating guest passes to the new History Colorado Center in Denver. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are not able to honor every request. If you do not receive any response within three weeks of your event, we regret that we are unable to fulfill your request. Please see below for History Colorado’s guidelines for donation requests.
To be considered for a donation, a written request must be submitted two months prior to the event and include the following event details:
Name and date of the event
Purpose of the fundraiser and the benefiting organization
What the donation will be used for (e.g. silent auction, raffle or door prize item, etc.)
Deadline to receive donation
Contact name, email address and phone number
Mailing address of where to send the donation
Also, please remember:
An organization is eligible for only one request per year.
We ask that the donation from History Colorado and the History Colorado Center, be acknowledged in the event program and/or promotional materials.
Donated guest passes are subject to blackout and expiration dates.
